About Us:
Following a tradition set by his grandfather, Jim Shervik is a third generation builder whose “hands-on” philosophy of building has carried the Shervik name not only through the Depression, but to his father’s retirement several years ago as a custom home builder, and ultimately to the current Shervik Builders located in Nampa, Idaho.
For most of us, buying a home will be the biggest investment we make in a lifetime. To many, buying a home is fulfilling the American dream. Jim states, “There is great satisfaction in helping someone achieve the American dream,” and he adds, “There is a big responsibility to assure customer satisfaction not only at the time of the sale, but after the sale as well.”
