Finding your Dream Home

Finding one's dream home can be a challenge. Here are a few tips for using the different tools of our website to make finding your next Dream Home a little easier.

First, check out the Featured listings and Action Exclusives listed on the website.

Next, perform an MLS search. Experiment with the different criteria and features you would like to see in your next home. If there are certain features or locations you require your next home to have enter them first. Then, depending on the number in the search, you may want to add or delete features till you have a list of about 10 homes. You will then want to drive by the properties and narrow your search down to three or four homes. Contact your Action Real Estate agent to set up viewings on the remaining homes.

Last, enter your search criteria into Search for my Dream Home. Every day new properties come to the market, the Dream Home function will send all newly listed properties that meet your pre-set criteria every day in an email so you will never miss the perfect home for you and your family. Remember, you will receive emails everyday so make your search criteria specific enough for the amount of emails you want to receive.
